"Excellent treatment by dept of surgery breast..."

Due to an unusual lump detected in my breast during screening, I was invited to return to the hospital that same week for additional tests and examinations. Through out my time with the staff at the breast unit I was treated with the utmost respect and in a most professional manner. When, I failed to produce the correct paperwork needed for the x-Ray dept, one member of staff went over and above their role to reassure me and rectify the situation. I have been over whelmed by the excellent manner in which I was treated by all the practitioners, nurses and doctors that I met on my visit to this team.
