"A and E 11th Sept"

i was brought to the dept via ambulance and received very good care. I was kept well informed of the plan of treatment. The A&E dept was excellent. The staff nurse who co-ordinated my care and eventually escorted me to the ward was excellent, very experienced, warm and compassionate. I am sure they were very busy yet gave the impression that you Could ask anything. I am very grateful to the whole team; porters, doctors, hca's, paramedics nurses and radiographers. thank you
