"Outstanding care received"

My admission to hospital was due to sad circumstances but the staff in A&E and on Ward 12 (Female Surgery & Gynaecology) were outstanding. With the help of staff on Ward 12 myself and my husband got through one of the worst things we have ever had to go through. I was deeply touched by the outstanding care, support, kindness, compassion and empathy that we experienced and we both left the hospital in a considerably better state than when I was admitted. I cannot thank the staff enough for what they did for us that weekend and ask that they continue to do what they do so well and help others through their difficult times because it does make a difference.
