What I liked

Treatment is ongoing as a day case on ward 21 at the Freeman Hospital - staff are at all times friendly, considerate and professional. They treat you as an individual and an equal at all times in your care informing you of planned care and involving you in decisions re future care.

The environment is always clean and staff are diligent with hand washing before undertaking any task.

They are approachable and accomodating in arranging appointments.

Job well done.
