"Worth the wait"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was only unsatisfied with the amount of time I was on the waiting list and how my working hours were not taken into account in the initial instance.

But Judy (my therapist) was worth the wait.

Dear 'ThePatient2014',

Thank you for leaving your feedback with us it's always useful to us to hear about peoples experiences as it helps us to grow as a service.

I was sorry to hear that you had had problems getting an appointment which fitted with your working times. I looked into this and saw that you were offered a number of appointments with a number of different counsellors which you were unable to attend. I know that waiting times can be longer for our evening clinics and this is something which we are working on improving at the moment.

I'm pleased to hear that it was worth the wait though and that you felt some benefit from your sessions with Judy.

I wish you all the best for the future,

Lizzie
