"Fantastic experience in Urgent Care"

Just had to finally write and give credit where credit is due .... This is the fourthvisit over a 3 year period for members of my family and each time we have relieved fast efficient but personal healthcare but never made the time to record the positive experiences. Yesterday evening I had to take my 2 year old to urgent care as he had fallen on his wrist whilst playing. The staff from the Receptionist to the Doctor were wonderful. We were out in one hour ten minutes after booking in - seeing a Sister - seeing the Doctor- having an X-Ray - seeing the Doctor again - having a plaster cast put on ...... Fast friendly fantastic .... Thank God for the NHS ..Thank God for Queen Marys hospital Urgent Care Unit.
