On first attending the meeting to decide if I was going to take part in the rehabilitation program I did have reservations, as I am a fairly shy person and did not take to the idea of having to exercise with other people, however realising that the course would have significant benefits I decided to go, on the basis that if I felt uncomfortable I would not continue. Upon my first two visits you are given very personal attention and during the course you are slowly integrated with others. At all time you are carefully monitored, I felt very confident and the staff are really great in every respect, they have time for everyone and I felt they really had my welfare as there top priority I would fully recommend all patients to take part in this course.
