"Blood test"

Many thanks for providing us with your important feedback regardng your recent expereince attending for a blood test at our London Road Community Hospital. We were sorry to hear that you felt the staff member had been brusue and busniess like in her approach, however we were pleased to hear that you felt the actual blood had been taken in an appropriate manner without any pain or discomfort being caused. We will certainly forward your comments on to our Head of Phlebotomy services for information, however if you would like a more thorough response, we would need more specific details of this event.
