"Hospital feedback"

I have had two vaginal ultrasounds - two years apart, carried out by the same person. On both occasions she was professional, polite and expert at her job. But more importantly, she engaged with me as a person, was genuine and authentic in her approach, and made me feel completely at ease. On the second occasion that I met her, I was recently bereaved, and she was extremely careful to ensure that I was comfortable and relaxed in such a time of stress. I cannot thank her enough - she was excellent.
