"Top class treatment"

I took my mother to the day surgery unit (cystoscopy) on Thursday 9th October 2014 and we both wish to thank the staff for the fantastic and efficient treatment she received whilst there. The staff were really kind, the surroundings were pleasant, and the clinical staff were knowledgeable, skilled and sensitive. We also appreciated getting the results there and then in discussion with the surgeon who, again, was most kind. Overall a wonderful experience. Well done NHS!!!
