"out patients area 5"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

my appointment was at 11 05 me and my partner arrived at 10 20 , on the door it said running 30 minutes late. at 11 30 it said running 1 hour late , at 11 45 i asked the nurse how many people were in front of me , she said 2 more . at 12 10 we went in to the registar the consultant knows i only see him . anyway i told the registar what the problem was .i felt the consultation was rushed i couldnt ask the questions i needed to ask .i was told to take the pink appointment sheet to main desk for 24 months and if i needed an appointment before then to ring the consultants secaatary. i wish i had stood my ground and asked to speak to the consultant as he knows me more than the registar.i feel very upset about this .i wouldnt have minded waiting till the end of clinic to see the consultant if he was busy.
