"Day Care Patient"

About: Fulwood Hall Hospital

I was a day care patient under the NHS, I was treated no differently from the private patients. The staff from the receptionist, to the nurses to the surgeon were absolutely lovely, friendly and reassuring, went in feeling nervous, that lasted minutes, the nurse explained everything, even had a few laughs with her, I was at ease immediately.
