(as the patient),

I had an appointment at the cardiology clinic – to start off with my appointment was on time, and the reception staff were polite and pleasant.

I had a pacemaker fitted – the ward manager was extremely good, pleasant and gave me lots of good information.

I was at the staff’s mercy but they were 100% good – I could find nothing to complain about.
