"Everyone was lovely and very good"

I went to Dewsbury Healthcentre to pick up some new insoles for my shoes and saw James. Everyone was lovely and very good.

The only thing I wasn’t expecting was I came in for my appointment at 11. 30 and he took the details for the insoles and told me to come back at 2. 30 to pick them up. This wasn't a problem, as I had a meeting near by but I didn’t know that would happen.

I had thought they already knew how to make the insoles from my appointment at Cleckheaton. It would have been good to know that I would have to go twice to Dewsbury before the day. Like I said, in the event it didn't bother me as I was in the area so could go back to pick them up.

Other than that the experience was good. James is a great guy. Smiles, laughs and talks sense. If you go in in the dumps you leave smiling.
