About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

From the time my optician referred me to my GP to ask for a further opinion until my appointment came through was only two weeks. I attended the clinic at a local surgery a few days later and was very satisfied with the whole experience. I note the service as excellent for me.
