"Excellent treatment for colposcopy/LLETZ"

Having recently moved to the area, I had never been to or heard anything about Croydon University Hospital until I had an abnormal smear result and had to attend for colposcopy and then LLETZ treatment. I cannot fault anything about my treatment. Everyone from the consultant who performed my LLETZ to the nurses and other staff treated me with the greatest of respect and kindness through what has been an extremely worrying time. When I have needed to contact the department by telephone, the phone has been answered promptly and I have genuinely felt that the person I was talking to cared about my health and was acting in my best interests. Very pleased and satisfied with the care I have received.
