"Didn't have my medical records"

About: The Royal London Hospital For Integrated Medicine

My medical records arrived from the outpatients clinic halfway through my appointment , wasting my time and spending 15 minutes with the consultant repeatedly asking me what dosages of medications I was on six years ago! It's not my job to remember this and part of an appointment I had waited six months for was wasted
