"Exemplary care despite decorator in situ!"

From the moment I entered reception until I left the Unit I received outstanding care. Nurses met me with a smile and introduced themselves by name. Caring attitude throughout. Clear explanations of everything. I felt very safe. It was a delight to meet the consultant. The procedure, gastroscopy , was carried out with efficiency and care and post-procedure routine was very thorough. There was minimal mess from the decorator in situ but the unit as a whole seemed very clean and tidy. I had a most positive experience. Well done and many thanks.
