Yet again I have had fantastic service from polite professional staff. I really can not fault the service I have received at Solihull hospital. The reception staff are always very polite and helpful and the radiology staff have always given me prompt efficient service.
I attended today, was 45 minutes early for my appointment as I am always early, the young man who dealt with me made me feel at ease, saw me early and I was able to get to work on time.
Brilliant service yet again, Thank you.
