"My doctors thinks my family's illnesses are funny"

About: North Staffordshire PCT

(as the patient),

I am registered to a doctor's in Stoke-on-Trent and have been a few times.

One time my husband went cause he needed a counsellor for his previous drug problem and they wouldn't help. Then my husband went about panic attacks during his sleep and my doctor laughed at him.

My 8 year old has severe chest problems and is easily prone to pneumonia and all my doctors can do is give her an inhaler. She has had a lot of time off school due to her illness and now i think enough is enough. Its one thing laughing at my husband but not help my daughter and just fob her off with an inhaler doesn't count as national health care.
