No water in wating room (very hot day). Waiting room very claustrophobic (no windows)

Receptionist very helpful and polite 10/10+ (made a special journey to get a glass of water for us while wating)

I am sorry that you found the waiting room claustrophobic and that no water was available. We are currently working with the health centre regarding the waiting room.

Just to update you regarding the waiting area. The health centre have requested that the waiting area is looked at by the landlords with the view to solving the temperature issues. We will work with the health centre to ensure the concerns you raised are looked into.

Water is available from the reception staff at all our sites on request.
