Having to wait a week for a GP appointment outside of working hours (9-5), I decided to try the Urgent Care Centre as I felt I required medical advice and treatment slightly faster than that. I arrived at 5.30pm on a Wednesday, and was seen in triage within 30 minutes, then by a Nurse Practitioner after a further 15 minutes, and left within an hour with a course of anti-biotics. All the staff - receptionist, triage nurse and Nurse Practitioner - were polite, friendly and professional, treated me with respect, provided advice and answered questions knowledgeably. The Centre appeared to be clean and the waiting area was tidy and equipped with a large screen TV. Children requiring treatment are directed to a separate waiting area. I would not hesitate to use this service again.
"Impressed and would visit again"
