My opinion of this hospital is dire to say the least. I have, without success been trying to communicate with three different departments in order to clarify details about my child's operation. I have in the past five weeks made in excess of sixty phone calls, all because people who say they will find answers and call me back haven't. I am in fact still waiting for someone from PALS to call me back, they assured me they would call back on Tuesday and that was fifteen days ago. My child's notes have gone missing, the consultant hasn't recorded details of our appointments with them, my child is being seen at two different hospitals and neither speak to each other as they are different NHS trusts. A complete lack of patient care is being displayed and no-one seems to know how to resolve this.
