"Once Again The most Excellent Care"

Had a planned op on Monday - there was a delay due to an over running surgery but I was kept informed and did not feel abandoned. The staff on Swift ward were friendly and approachable. Thank you to two members of staff. Once down in the pre theatre room the Anaesthetist was brilliant. I was not nervous but he took time to explain exactly what would happen and how my body would react and what I would feel, even though I guess that as things had overrun they could have rushed but they didn't so thank you to the surgeon and thanks also to another member of staff. All of the staff from reception through to recovery were brilliant and made an unpleasant problem solved in a pleasant way. Epsom Hospital is my hospital of choice and unless they could not deal with a condition I would always opt for Epsom
