"Appalling aftercare"

About: Great Ormond Street Hospital Central London Site

My daughter had an operation at GOSH. On her discharge notes I was given a date to bring her back to remove stitches. No time was given. I asked the nurse about this. She told me to call back the next day. I called in the morning of the next day and was told that someone would call me back regarding this. I waited and decided to call as no one had contacted me I was told that the appointments had nothing to do with the person I was speaking to and as she didn't speak to me earlier she can't comment on it. I was given an extension number of some one to call who had home an hour ago. No one wants to take responsibility for the place that they work for it's so easy to say you didn't speak to me.
