"kidney scan"

i went to the general ultrasound department today to have my babys kidney scan done. i was extremely upset with the care that was given. the lady did not speak to me once other then telling me her name and did not explain what she was doing. once herself and another lady who sat with her had finished they stood up and walked out without saying we should leave or goodbye. i was therefore left standing in the room with my baby untill she walked back in 5 minutes later and said "oh you can go you no". i would of liked them to explain what was happening during the scan and not be so extremely rude when walking out without a word
