"Pain relief nightmare"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

I was in having a hip replacement and on the second day I was in so much pain I called for help (via button) and 6 nurses and an hour later I received my meds, I was in so much pain I was I tears, I was hyperventilating and shaking, but none of the nurses made a real effort to calm me down or at least show some empathy. I was in so much discomfort I just wanted it all to end, but again they didn't make any effort. I am disgusted and very unhappy about the whole affair.
