About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

We were referred to Ward B14, to attend on Saturday morning. From arriving at the Reception where my Dad was greeted by name to the Consultant we were treated so well. My Dad has early stage dementia and we had to attend following an accident on Friday evening. The consultant examined my Dad, explained what he was doing throughout and why and then explained that surgery was no needed, he talked directly to my Dad not to me or my Mum. It put us all at ease. We were there for about 30 mins in total which was great, no hanging around. Thank you so much.
