"Outstanding service and friendly staff"

Back in March had to bring My 2 year old son into A&E at Wansbeck and from the moment we arrived the service was exceptional! We were only sat down a matter of seconds before being escorted to the childrens area where we were seen promptly. It was agreed that my little boy was to be taken to North Tyneside General and he needed to be admitted to the children's ward for further attention however Every member of staff we encountered could not have been nicer and really helped calm me down as I was understandably upset. They were all great with my little boy and made such a fuss over him, they even gave him a special teddy bear to keep for being brave which he loved! Thank you for looking after him so well - Top marks for Wansbeck!
