"Outstanding service with a smile!"

My son was seen and sorted within an hour. The member of staff dealt with him and was lovely - professional and courteous with a wonderful manner with the children. The service appeared well organised and efficient; the board warned of a relevant waiting time and the staff were all polite and friendly, despite being at work on a sunny Sunday. This service and the professionals were a credit to the NHS. Thank you.
