Anon attended Oakvale M/C with a view to undertaking a blood test. Anon called the centre before to check the blood clinics opening times as they are currently on crutches & it is difficult to get around. The receptionist confirmed they can take bloods until 12: 30. Anon arrived at 12: 10 and was told there were no more slots available today & to come another day.
Anon tried to negotiate with them to have the test as they were on crutches however the staff were unhelpful & said there was nothing they can do. Anon was very upset by this.
