I was extremely happy with the care I received at Fullwood both off all nursing staff and consultant. I was referred by my dr as an NHS patient however from my appointment with the consultant to all treatments that I have undergone I was made to feel like I was a private patient. I cannot commend this hospital and its staff enough, when you are treat in this way it helps to dissipate your nerves. Hospitals can be very daunting places and when you are treat as an individual and everything is explained to you in terms you understand it makes the experience easier to cope with. This whole thing has been a revelation to me, after previously having to go to standard NHS hospitals where my treatment has been very unsatisfactory. Also after years of pain where I was told nothing could be really done I am now free of discomfort after my treatment at Fulwood Hall, what an amazing place! Thank you.
