"Thank-you from the family of the late Ronald Derek..."

I would like to give sincere thanks to all the staff at the RLI from all of my family for the excellent attention, treatment and care given to our Dad during his recent stay. He was treated with the utmost care and respect by everyone from all of the extremely busy staff in A&E to the porter who transferred Dad to the Acute ward, (unfortunately I cannot remember your name but you even took the time to visit Dad). Our extra special thanks though go to all the team on ward 33 who treated and cared for our Dad with the utmost respect and dignity until he sadly passed away on Sept.9th. Words cannot express our gratitude to you all.
