(as a parent/guardian),

I am disgusted at the decision to stop giving our children the choice of what design they would like on their splints, and that to save money they will all be plain! Having to wear splints is tough, being casted for splints at a young age is tough and being able to pick what design they want on them was the only good thing about it! Now that right has been took away and their chance to be individual has been took away too! I think it is absolutely disgraceful! Also we had to wait 6 weeks to even get a casting appointment for new splints, in the meantime my son had to wear splints that didnt fit!

Thank you for sharing with us your feelings about your experience of the Children’s Development Centre and the service you receive there. We appreciate you and your son are disappointed to be told he can no longer choose the design on his splints, and we are sorry to hear about difficulties you had with his casting appointment.
