I went into the hospital for coiling of an aneurysm. I went I to hospital on the 30th September 2014. This aneurysms was found after my brain haemorrhage lady October where they coiler two ruptured aneurysms. I had my operation on the 1st Octobet. I had a urine cathader inserted during my procedure. On the 3rd of October at 5.45 in the morning the cathader was removed. No nursing staff monitored my urine outputting. I also experienced a very a very bad dizzy episode on the Friday morning. I explained this to the doctors that came to see me on the morning of my discharge. Yet I was still told that I was free to be discharged. I also told the doctor that my groin was still sore yet no examination took place. I found this very unacceptable.
"Poor day on discharged"
