What I liked
Day staff helpful and attentive.
What could be improved
Communication. An update now and then of what was happening or going to happen rather than waiting for to see a Doctor on his round.
Anything else?
Night staff usually noisy and complaining about the previous shift that had gone home all within earshot of patients. Also,bad case of sickness and diarrohea was going on when I was in yet when water jugs were topped up all four (4 bed ward) were taken away to be filled and then handed back to different people.Surely this must help to spread it ?
