"Very happy"

I have always found the staff to be professional, friendly, and helpful. I have never felt that I was just a number or a box to be ticked as I have at some larger hospitals. I went to have a blood test and the ladies present were very welcoming and I was treated as though I was the only patient there, I was put at my easy in a very friendly manner and all conversation was directed to me, making sure that I was alright to leave the clinic.
