About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a relative),

I had to take my son to the doctors, they thought he would benefit from being checked over by the hospital so said they were referring us, this was on a Wednesday, on the Friday we received a call from TRAQS offering us some appointment times at some hospitals.

Unfortunately the hospitals were too far away from us so the referral went ahead, it was nice to find out about this service, its just a shame that the appointments weren't local to me. However the doctors service at Charlton Medical Oakengates was great they were helpful, supportive and very friendly.
