"General Ward Conduct"

I was diagnosed with Gallstones so dietary factors were brought in. Breakfast I had to beg for and was then brought White toast and butter, neither of which my diet allows. Patients are asked to urinate in pots so urine can be monitored, on more than 1 occasion I visited the toilet to find pots of urine still in them so I was unable to go. On 1 occasion 3 toilets all had pots in and I had to source a nurse to move them so I could toilet myself, the nurse agreed she was unsure whose they were This was in the early hours of the morning, surely a quiet time when there should be no need to leave these pots. I was also told to walk my pot down 2 corridors and leave it in the sluice room, rather than buzz a nurse. I also had to beg for the pots to urinate in, at 1 time I was left for over an hour and a half after asking 2 separate nurses for pots. I went to the desk and was shown quite sharply by another nurse where to get my own from. I also witnessed a nurse be very short and sharp with another patient who was so obviously feeling very ill, lack of compassion should not be related to menstrual cycles... ever
