"Excellent service"

I went to the 'Urgent treatment centre' at Crawley Hospital as directed by my G.P after getting an earring butterfly embedded in my earlobe. I arrived very early in the morning to be greeted by a completely empty waiting room. I was dealt with immediately by the very efficient staff, who had me sorted out and out of the door within 10 minutes. I can't say how much I appreciated their help.
