"Excellent and supportive"

When I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease I was totally at a loss on what would happen. The Leeds IBD team put my mind at rest with their professional yet empathetic nature. All the nurses work well both together and with the specialists team. I have seen various doctors during my time there and they are all great. I have always felt part of the process and able to put my feelings forward, talking honestly and openly about my symptoms. I don't know what I would have done without them. I don't visit very often nowadays as they have my symptoms under control, I have telephone consultations which are great as it saves me having to go in and taking up theirs and my time with an appointment simply saying I'm ok.
