"Visit"

I am appalled on how rude the staff are in Newham hospital, I have never known a hospital to charge £75.00 for a private room after my cousin had given birth to her 1st baby girl even though it was the hospitals fault and sad they had no beds left after she gave birth, she said well in that case can she go home they said no you need to pay £75.00 for a room! that's disgusting! £75? what for? I live in Reading and Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading is absolute fantastic 10/10 hospital. Coming to Newham hospital made me realise how excellent RBH is. Please could newham hospital explain why they charged her? What will they be charging for soon, meals given to the patients? I'm don't normally complain but when she told me this I was shocked. I work for a Pharmacutial industry & I have never heard a hospital charging for a room and forcing you too pay & stay when she offered to go home!
