"Hospital feedback"

Admitted to hospital via A&E three times recently! Wrong diagnosis 1st time, most recent stay 2 weeks. Due to an infection could not operate! Operation scheduled for Fri only to be told infection cleared today so no longer high risk and to go home and be treated as an outpatient! If infection comes back told to be admitted again! A circle of complete in organisation! How is this cost effective or time efficient! One hand doesn't know what the other is doing! Absolutley disgusted in treatment!
