Came for a pre op assessment last week and was very happy about the whole process. Staff were all very happy and friendly, made the process so smooth. One member of staff who deserves a mention, what a lovely warm caring lady. She spent a lot of time with me talking about the op putting mind at ease that I would be well looked after. I have requested that she holds my hand on the day of my operation.
