"Poor signage to "Day Hospital""

About: Good Hope Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

There is poor signage to the "Day Hospital" at Good Hope. There are big signs to "Day Care Unit". Well is that the same thing or not? I don't know. I had to ask someone, when I found the right building, the only sign for "Day Hospital" was a paper notice. Signs designs are inconsistent. Whoever puts up the signs needs to understand things from a patients perspective.

We don't always add comments from multiple members of the Good Hope Senior team but signage is a particular obsession of mine!

Thankyou for raising this. We do have plans to refresh the signage in all main thoroughfares / external access points & I would hope that we will have some new signs in place over the next month or so.

I will post an update when we do.
