"NHS care as it should be"

About: Chippenham Community Hospital

My daughter broke her arm at school, having gone to Bath (typically it was out of xray hours) and having the long wait, rushed staff, busy A & E department we asked if we could transfer to Chippenham for the follow up care. WOW! Chippenham Hospital was marvellous. Easy to find, free parking, nice and clean, kind staff, on time appointments and a Consultant that saw us. The care we were shown is what you should hope for and all the staff were a credit, when a 'lady' (from what we saw she was not ladylike in the slightest) started swearing loudly and repeatedly in the next cubicle our nurse very politely left us to explain to her that they were treating a young child next door. Perfect. Exactly the care my daughter should have had. The whole experience at Chippenham made having a broken arm as nice as having a broken arm can be!! Thank you
