"Awful staff awful hospital"

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

Don't come to this hospital if you are vulnerable or need extra care, the staff in A&E are under qualified and rude . Once my relative was admitted to a ward the true level of incompetence and poor care became apparent. The staff were surly and hostile if asked to take her to the loo., as if this task was beneath them. The ward was disorganised and chaotic and needed a good clean. The impression I got was that the staff just couldn't be bothered to care. This staff should be retrained before being allowed to work.
