First referred in May 2014. Was seen in July 2014. Took 14 days to write letter back to dentist to refer me to someone else ie Eastmans.
Dentist never received the referral back. I am no better off. I feel no one wants to treat my sore tooth as I am on cancer treatment. What about my pain? This should not be like this.
On the day of the out patients, I was left waiting for 90 minutes without an explanation in a waiting room that was a bit of a mess really, not conclusive to what is supposed to be a professional organisation.
I feel the efficiency and capability to deal with the issues could be improved.
