"Operation for total knee replacement"

About: Royal Hampshire County Hospital

Operation conducted efficiently by the doctor, though I shan't know whether it has been effective for some weeks to come. Ward service excellent, including at night, but very noisy until after midnight. Food excessive and very unappetising for a patient starting to recover from a serious operation. Physiotherapist sympathetic and very helpful. I have been given an appointment letter for 30/9/14 at Mount Ward, with no directions for finding the Ward. I have tried to use your website to find it, without success.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. As you have made reference to a number of areas within the hospital, I have forwarded your comments to the relevant teams. I have also been in touch with the Sister on Mount ward, who is preparing some information for the website, but in the interim has produced some basic information which I hope will help you – link below. http://www.hampshirehospitals.nhs.uk/our-services/royal-hampshire-county-hospital-wards/m/mount-ward-(pre-assessment).aspx If you have any further questions or issues please contact our Customer Care team on 01256 486766, or email customercare@hhft.nhs.uk Mary Edwards Chief Executive Email: mary.edwards@hhft.nhs.uk
