When I called up I was nervous and uncertain of what information I would need to give and what I would be instructed to do. I found the service a massive comfort. In a time where I felt like bursting into tears and curling up in a ball - I soon felt calm, and ready to take on whatever challenge was going to come next.

The woman who spoke at the end of the phone was lovely, calm and was constantly checking up that I was ok even though I wasn't the patient. I was talked through every step and felt that I could ask questions, no matter how silly. I soon came to feel relaxed and collected making the situation a lot easier to cope with.
